The sample in this study are listed in Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the range of 2012-2014. The samples were as many as 21 companies with 63 times observation. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis. Results of research by multiple linear regression analysis showed that the profitability of a significant effect on the value of the issuer. This is indicated by the level of significance of the statistical test t of 0.000 (<0.05). While the market capitalization does not significantly affect the value of the issuer's shown with significance level of 0.195 (> 0.05). But simultaneously profitability and market capitalization significant effect on the value of the issuer. It is known from the results of statistical test F, the level of significance of 0.000 (<0.05). The coefficient of determination value of 0.653 indicates that the regression models is good because of the ability of independent variables in explaining the dependent variable amounted to 65.3%. The remaining portion of 34.7% is explained by variables outside the research.
