Feminismo e religião: uma análise das feministas evangélicas na rede social

O presente artigo pretende debater, através do caso das feministas evangélicas, o papel que a internet vem assumindo como canal condutor (e difusor) de lutas sociais, particularmente o feminismo. Diversos grupos minoritários que lutam por reconhecimento social vêm se apropriando deste espaço e criando novas dinâmicas de mobilização e luta a partir destas ferramentas de comunicação. Segundo a literatura pesquisada, o Facebook é a rede social mais utilizada quando o objetivo é a de mobilização social. Por isso escolhemos nos debruçar sobre um grupo e duas páginas de mulheres no Facebook que afirmam ser cristãs/evangélicas e também feministas justamente pelo antagonismo que essa dupla pertença aparenta ter e pelos possíveis grupos de interesse que as temáticas despertam na rede. Desse modo, buscamos destacar alguns elementos particulares a este segmento estudado e outros comuns a grupos políticos que vem se utilizando do ativismo digital. Feminism and religion: an analysis of evangelical feminists on the social network ABSTRACT This article aims to discuss, through the case of evangelical feminists, the role that the internet has been assuming as the conduit (and diffuser) of social struggles, particularly feminism. Several minority groups fighting for social recognition have appropriated this space and created new dynamics of mobilization and struggle from these communication tools. According to the researched literature, Facebook is the most used social network when the goal is social mobilization. That's why we chose to focus on a group and two pages of women on Facebook who claim to be Christian / evangelical and also feminist precisely because of the antagonism that this double belonging seems to have and the possible interest groups that the themes arouse in the network.
