Use of “Head space” technique in analyses of chemichal profile of aromatic and medicinal plants ; Përdorimi i teknikës “Head space” në analizat e profileve kimike të bimëve aromatike dhe mjekësore

This study introduces a new extraction and analysis technique in our country for the chemical profile of medicinal and aromatic plants. The “Head Space” technique realizes the extraction of the chemical compounds of these plants without the need to use solvents (water, toluene, hexane, ethanol, etc.) because a solid phase realizes their adsorption and then the desorption process directly in the injector the gas chromatograph enables their qualitative and quantitative analysis. The static HS/SPME (Head Space Solid Phase Micro-extraction) technique was applied to sage plants from the area of Gjilan, Kosovo. The data of the chemical profiles of these plants will be obtained with the GC/FID apparatus (gas chromatograph with flame ionization detector) and will be accompanied by the chemical profile of the essential oil of this plant obtained with the hydro-distillation technique with the Clevengar apparatus [1; 2; 3]. ; Ky studim sjell një teknikë të re ekstraktimi dhe analizimi në vendin tonë për profilin kimik të bimëve mjekësore dhe aromatike. Teknika “Head Space“ realizon ekstraktimin e komponimeve kimike të këtyre bimëve pa qënë e nevojshme të përdoren tretësa (ujë, toluen, hekzan, etanol, etj) pasi një fazë e ngurtë realizon adsorbimin e tyre dhe më pas procesi i desorbimit direkt në injektorin e aparatit të gas kromatografit mundëson analizën kualitative dhe kuantitative të tyre. Teknika statike HS/SPME (Head Space Solid Phase Microextraction) u aplikua tek bimet e sherebelës nga zona e Gjilanit, Kosovë. Të dhënat e profileve kimike të kësaj bime do të merren me aparatin GC/FID (gaz kromatograf me dedektor në jonizim në flakë) dhe do të krahësohen me profilin kimik të vajit esencial të kësaj bime të marrë me teknikën e hidrodistilimit me aparatin Clevengar [1; 2; 3].
