A avaliação da educação básica em Sergipe: um estudo dos resultados do SAEB e do IDEB alcançados pelos estudantes dos anos iniciais do ensino fundamental da rede estadual

This article presents the analysis about State Education Network of Sergipe educational results from elementary school early years. The analised period was 2015 to 2019. This article also compares Sergipe educational results with Ceará ones and shows the actions and programmes developed by State Education Network of Sergipe which impact the approched indexes. The reseach was based on a bibliographic study about large scale assessments, indexes and brazilian educational legislation. From that, it was possible to analyze and infer about the results reached by State Education Network of Sergipe, represented by Educational Boards and Schools. This study used secondary data, previous studies, other States experiences and State Education Network of Sergipe experience itself as a source of consutation and analysis. It is urgent to understand the process of external assessments and indexes already produced not as a final step of educational politics but as an aid to new actions planning and making changes. Results pointed that even though there was a raise rate between editions, students are not learning properly. Therefore non properly learning is a hypotesis that justifies discussions and debates that are engaged in raise the main learning barriers for students. ; Este artigo apresenta análises acerca dos resultados educacionais apresentados pela Rede Estadual de Ensino de Sergipe nos anos iniciais do ensino fundamental, no período de 2015 a 2019, bem como a comparabilidade dos resultados educacionais com o Estado do Ceará e as ações e programas desenvolvidos pela rede estadual de ensino de Sergipe que vêm impactando nos indicadores abordados.
