- نبذة مختصرة : Este estudio mapeó y analizó el ecosistema de innovación del Sur de california, Estados Unidos, que se posiciona como uno de los líderes mundiales en innovación. Este liderazgo en innovación se ha logrado a través de una combinación única de factores y prácticas comerciales, incluida la presencia de universidades altamente intensivas en investigación, una cultura de inversión de riesgo y una red conectada de innovadores. Además, el gobierno de los Estados Unidos ha desempeñado un papel importante en el desarrollo del ecosistema de innovación a través de la financiación de la investigación y los programas de apoyo a las empresas en fase inicial en cada una de sus regiones. La metodología utilizada para el mapeo y análisis de los actores clave en el ecosistema de innovación de Estados Unidos se llevó a cabo en tres categorías: academia, industria y gobierno. Se realizaron análisis de datos secundarios, datos de encuestas, investigación empírica, casos de estudio y entrevistas con actores del ecosistema de innovación. Se adaptó una herramienta de mapeo del ecosistema de innovación. Los resultados del estudio indican que los factores clave para el éxito del ecosistema de innovación de EE. UU., incluyen la presencia de una cultura de innovación y emprendimiento, la colaboración entre las partes interesadas y la disponibilidad de recursos y financiamiento adecuados.
