نبذة مختصرة : The U.S. National Science Foundation Cross-Institutional Research Engagement Network (CIREN) is a collaborative effort between the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and Arizona State University to train cyberinfrastructure (CI) facilitators in the areas of high-performance computing, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. NSF CIREN aims to fill critical gaps in the development and retention of CI facilitators by providing training, mentorship, and research engagement opportunities. CI facilitators participate in a 6-month training and mentorship program followed by continuing education, mentorship, and research opportunities. Additionally, CI facilitators contribute to the U.S. National Science Foundation’s ACCESS program and the National Artificial Intelligence Research Resource (NAIRR) Pilot.
