نبذة مختصرة : El objetivo del estudio se centró en analizar la relación entre el liderazgo de enfermería con la cultura de seguridad en el Servicio de Emergencia de un Hospital de EsSalud, Lima - 2024. El estudio siguió el método hipotético deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo, tipo aplicada, diseño no experimental – transversal y alcance descriptivo – correlacional. La muestra consideró a 80 enfermeros. Los instrumentos que se aplicaron fueron dos cuestionarios, uno para medir el liderazgo de enfermería y otro para la medición de la gestión de seguridad. Los resultados evidenciaron que el liderazgo de enfermería se halla en nivel alto para el 53,8% de la muestra y la gestión de seguridad es buena para el 60% de la muestra. Así también, se halló un Rho =, 893** y un p=, 000, con lo cual se rechazó la hipótesis nula y se aceptó la alterna. ; The objective of the study focused on analyzing the relationship between nursing leadership with the safety culture in the Emergency Service of an EsSalud Hospital, Lima - 2024. The study followed the hypothetical deductive method, quantitative approach, applied type, design non-experimental – transversal and descriptive – correlational scope. The sample included 80 nurses. The instruments that were applied were two questionnaires, one to measure nursing leadership and another to measure safety management. The results showed that nursing leadership is at a high level for 53.8% of the sample and safety management is good for 60% of the sample.
