نبذة مختصرة : Objective: to analyze the importance of holding workers caregivers experiences of a family health team. Methodology: descriptive, exploratory qualitative approach, analyzing the collective subject discourse, from the questions: How did you feel participating in caregiving experiences? How important was this for you? Data collection was performed by means of taped interviews with the signing of the terms of consent, conducted between July-September 2010, with the 11 professionals from a Basic Health Unit of João Pessoa-PB, as approved by the Committee Research Ethics at the University Lauro Wanderley, protocol CEP/HULW nº 474/10, cover nº 352448. Results: Participants relate to the care and acceptance in the workplace a good relationship with all team members, as an enhancer of well-being, while others related the difficulties, as an element that generates tension and unease. Regarding participation in caregiving experiences, reported feeling well and stressed the importance of having a proper place of care and relief to the burden of suffering and stress caused by work. Conclusion: It was clear the importance and need for continuity in care practices, for achieving greater well-being of himself and among team members, as are delegated to employees of family health teams, multitasking, with a high degree requirements and responsibilities.
