The Development of Electronic Book on Multimedia Design ; การพัฒนาหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์เรื่อง การออกแบบมัลติมีเดีย

This research aims 1) to design the electronic book on multimedia design, 2) to assess the quality andefficiency of the electronic book, and 3) to assess student satisfaction towards the electronic book onmultimedia design. To assess the quality of electronic book, five experts of eBook design and five experts ofmultimedia design content were recruited. Regarding the assessment of the efficiency according to the80/80 standard and the satisfaction, the sample of this research was thirty-five 2nd year undergraduatestudents majoring at Innovative Media Design, faculty of Architecture, Naresuan University, Phitsanulok. Theresearch instruments used were electronic book on multimedia design, the quality survey of electronicbook, a pretest and a posttest, and the satisfaction survey on the use of electronic book. The statistics usedfor analyzing the data were means, standard deviation, and t-test for dependent sample. The researchresults shown that the quality of lesson content on electronic book is at excellent quality level which hasmean at ( xˉ) = 4.66, S.D. = 0.23. The quality of the lesson test of eBook has mean at ( xˉ) = 4.65, S.D. =0.19, in excellent quality level. The design quality of electronic book is in good quality level which hasmean at ( xˉ) = 4.38, S.D. = 0.47. In addition, the efficiency of the electronic book is 82.00/81.75 whichmeets the set standard 80/80. The average of student satisfactions towards the electronic books onmultimedia design is highly satisfaction which has mean at ( xˉ) = 4.63, S.D. = 0.47.
