      Job satisfaction reflects employees’ general feelings toward their work and plays an important role in company productivity. However, many employees still experience job dissatisfaction, which can negatively affect motivation, performance, mental and physical health, and organizational outcomes. This study aims to examine the influence of work-life balance and coworker support on employee job satisfaction at CV X. A quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis was used. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 117 employees using saturation sampling and analyzed with SPSS 26. The results show that work-life balance and coworker support have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.433 indicates that 43.3% of job satisfaction is explained by these variables, while the rest is influenced by other factors. These findings suggest that organizations should strengthen work-life balance policies and improve coworker relationships to enhance employee satisfaction.
