      This work aims to explore the topic of Coaching and analyze its evolution in addition to indicating trends, main works and authors. The method used was bibliometric analysis carried out in the Spell.org database, where no studies were found to make the exploratory and quantitative analysis. Thirty articles were found and analyzed, which presented the author 'Teodoro Malta Campos' as the most prolific and the authors 'Anthony M. Grant', 'John Whitmore' and 'Richard R. Kilburg' as the most cited authors. Most articles from 'journals' (45.61%) are used as references, followed by 'books' (44.68%). Among the source of the references, it was found that 55% of these were international sources. The most searched topics and sub-themes were ‘coaching / executive coaching’ (29%), ‘career’ and ‘people management / human resources’ (13% each). More strongly related to coaching are the terms ‘process’, ‘development’, ‘leadership’, ‘results’, ‘organizational’, ‘skills’ and ‘career’, to a greater extent. It is concluded that the theme has become increasingly important in national publications, especially since 2013. ; Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Graduação) ; Este trabalho tem o objetivo de explorar o tema Coaching e analisar sua evolução além de indicar tendências, principais trabalhos e autores. O método usado foi a análise bibliométrica realizado na base de dados Spell.org, onde não foram encontrados trabalhos que façam a análise exploratória e quantitativa. Foram encontrados e analisados 30 artigos, os quais apresentaram o autor ‘Teodoro Malta Campos’ como o mais prolífico e os autores ‘Anthony M. Grant’, ‘John Whitmore’ e ‘Richard R. Kilburg’ como os autores mais citados. São utilizados em sua maioria, artigos de ‘periódicos’ (45,61%) como referências, seguidos por ‘livros’ (44,68%). Entre a origem das referências, constatou-se que 55% destas foram fontes internacionais. Os temas e subtemas mais pesquisados foram ‘coaching/coaching executivo’ (29%), ‘carreira’ e ‘gestão de pessoas/recursos humanos’ (13% cada). ...
