نبذة مختصرة : Bu çalışmanın giriş bölümünde Spektral teori ile ilgili bilgiler verilmiştir. Daha sonra spektral analizin temel tanım ve teoremleri verilmiştir. Disipatif operatörün tanımı verilerek, bir disipatif operatör kurmak için gerekli tanım ve teoremler verilmiş ve kısaca diferansiyel operatörü ve diferansiyel denklemlerinden bahsedilmiştir. Laguerre sınır değer problemi ele alınmış ve bu probleme uygun maksimal disipatif operatör oluşturulmuştur. Laguerre sınır değer problemi ve disipatif operatörün özvektörler ve asosye vektörler sistemi incelenmiştir. ; Introduction of in this study, it is given information related to Spectral Theory. Then some basic definitions and main theorems of spectral analysis are given. In addition essential definitions and theorems of a dissipative operator are given to construct dissipative operator. Differential operator and differential equations are investigated. At the end, Laguerre boundary value problem is studied and maximal dissipative operator is constructed. Furthermore eigenvectors and associated vectors of the dissipative operator and Laguerre boundary value problem are investigated.
