نبذة مختصرة : The report aims to discuss the reverberations of a process of continuing education, developed during the year 2022, and offered to mathematics teachers who taught in classes of the third grade of high school, the improvement of educational indicators of a state public school in Ceará, measured through the Permanent System of Evaluation of Basic Education of Ceará – SPAECE. The training process was started in April 2022 and completed in November of the same year. Continuing education, when linked to the needs and desires of teachers, can reflect on improvements in the repertoire of specific knowledge, didactic and pedagogical teachers, planning and execution of more qualified classes that reverberate in the students' learning with which the teachers live and interact in the daily school life. ; O relato tem por objetivo discorrer sobre as reverberações de um processo de formação continuada, desenvolvido durante o ano de 2022 e ofertado a professores de Matemática que lecionavam em turmas da terceira série do ensino médio, na melhoria dos indicadores educacionais de uma escola pública estadual cearense, mensurados através do Sistema Permanente de Avaliação da Educação Básica do Ceará – SPAECE. O processo formativo foi iniciado em abril de 2022 e concluído em novembro do mesmo ano. A formação continuada, quando atrelada às necessidades e anseios docentes pode repercutir em melhorias no repertório de conhecimentos específicos, didáticos e pedagógicos dos professores, culminando no planejamento e execução de aulas mais qualificadas e que reverberem na aprendizagem dos estudantes com os quais os docentes vivem e interagem no cotidiano escolar.
