Summary Rita Presaitė Bachelor's thesis topic: "DEVELOPMENT AND APPLICATION OF ELECTRODES WITH POLYMER NANOSTRUCTURES FOR pH MEASUREMENTS". The aim of the this work is to optimize the conditions of stable folic acid polymer deposition on a mercury-film electrode and to adapt it to pH measurements. Tasks set to achieve the goal: 1. To deposit a layer of folic acid polymer on a mercury-film electrode by electrochemical polymerization; 2. To characterize the polymer in different pH solutions. Obtained the determined optimal folic acid polymerization conditions on PGE: 32 CV cycles in the potential range from -1.00 V to +1.50 V at a potential release rate (v) of 0.05 V · s-1, 10 ml PB pH = 6 solution and 0.0044 g of folic acid. Electrochemical studies of the polymer in two pH PB buffers showed that a faster decrease in oxidation and reduction peaks occurs in the lower pH solution. In the chronoamperogram of the folic acid polymer on the chitosan film, the polymer responds better to a solution with a higher pH, a more alkaline.
