Pregled dokumentacije in dovoljenj med gradnjo stanovanjske hiše ; Overview of documentation and permits during residential building construction

V diplomski nalogi je predstavljena in opisana dokumentacija, ki jo mora imeti izvajalec na gradbišču med gradnjo stanovanjske hiše. Zaradi lažjega razumevanja si tudi poglavja v diplomski nalogi sledijo, kakor dela na gradbišču. Posledično smo najprej obravnavali dokumentacijo, ki mora biti izdelana še pred pričetkom izvajanja gradbenih del. V osrednjem delu najdemo podrobnejši opis vseh potrebnih dokumentov, brez katerih tekoče in kvalitetne gradnje ni mogoče zagotoviti. Na koncu obravnavamo dokumentacijo potrebno za uspešno opravljen tehnični pregled in pridobitev uporabnega dovoljenja, primopredajo objekta investitorju z zaključnim finančnim obračunom in bančno garancijo, ter vpis objekta v uradne evidence. V zadnjem poglavju je predstavljen primer enodružinske hiše, ki vsebuje podrobnejše podatke o objektu, ter izvedbo do primopredaje naročniku. ; The thesis describes the documentation required for the residential building, that needs to be present on the construction site on general contractor‘s side. The chapters follow in the same sequence as the site works. As a consequence, we present first the documentation that needs to be prepared prior to the construction. The main part of the thesis presents detailed description of all required documents that are necessary for uninterrupted and quality construction. The final part presents the documentation required for the successful technical review, so that operation permit can be obtained ; handing over the structure to the owner, preparation of the final bill and performance bond ; and finally, listing the building into the official databases. In the last chapter is presented an example of single-family house.
