نبذة مختصرة : The publishing task carried out within the scope of scientific events is one of the hardest processes for those who are responsible for it. Repetitive tasks such as collecting metadata, processing it, and creating standardized documents using different software are assigned and performed by the Publications Chair during a scientific event. These tasks can currently be performed by any computer and can be performed in a matter of seconds if automated correctly. Thus, the goal of this work was to develop an Information System capable of improving the process of editing event annals that are managed by JEMS and published in OJS in version 3.0. For development to occur, a study was carried out regarding the problem with people who go through the arduous editing process at each event that is organized. Through the approach of Design Science Research, evaluation cycles were carried out in events promoted by SBC, through its special committees. The results obtained with a developed functional prototype showed a good acceptance by users and a great potential to reduce time and help in the edition of annals of events, as well as led to the identification of improvements in the process. ; Pesquisa sem auxílio de agências de fomento ; Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Graduação) ; A tarefa de editoração realizada no âmbito dos eventos científicos é um dos processos mais trabalhosos para quem fica responsável. Essas tarefas, atualmente, podem ser realizadas por qualquer com- putador e serem executadas em questão de segundos se automatizado corretamente.
