نبذة مختصرة : Dating violence among youth encompasses physical, emotional, psychological, and sexual aggression. This descriptive bibliographic study aimed to assess the effectiveness of prevention programs. A total of 487 documents published between 2014 and 2024 in Spanish and English were reviewed, with 22 scientific studies selected through non-probability sampling. The databases consulted included Web of Science, PubMed, Scopus, and ProQuest. Document analysis techniques and tools such as bibliographic review forms and the CRF-QS matrix were utilized. The findings revealed a high prevalence of dating violence, with emotional abuse being the most common form. Physical violence was reported less frequently, while sexual violence was the least acknowledged possibly due to the discomfort or difficulty associated with discussing it. Among the evaluated programs, Dating Matters, Safe Dates, and The Fourth R were identified as the most effective, showing significant and long-term reductions in psychological aggression. In contrast, Date-e Adolescence and the Prevention and Intervention Program in Dating Violence produced mixed results, with no statistically significant reductions observed. Additionally, the Building Healthy Relationships program underscored the importance of sustained intervention: while violence increased in the control group, it remained stable in the experimental group. These findings highlight the necessity of implementing well-structured, long-term programs to effectively prevent dating violence among youth. ; La violencia en el noviazgo juvenil incluye agresiones físicas, emocionales, psicológicas y sexuales.
