Massojen siirron kehittäminen Bluebeam Revu -ohjelmasta Broker Estimate -laskentaohjelmaan

Opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli kehittää massojen siirtoa Bluebeam Revu -ohjelmasta Broker Estimator -ohjelmaan luomalla Revussa laskentatyökaluja, jotka Broker tunnistaa. Tällä tavoin tarjouslaskennan työläintä vaihetta, massoittelua, tehostettiin. Työssä lähdettiin luomaan Bluebeam Revuun mittaustyökaluja, joiden avulla voidaan laskea LVI-massoja tasopiirustuksista. Työkalujen avulla voidaan Revulla lasketut massalistat tuoda sellaisinaan helposti Broker Estimator -tarjouslaskentaohjelmaan. Opinnäytetyön lopputuloksena luotiin yritykselle valmiita työkalupaketteja, jotka sisältävät työkalut yleisimpien putkiurakassa käytettävien materiaalien laskemiseen. Työkalupaketit on tarkoitus ottaa käyttöön tarjouslaskennassa sekä lisä- ja muutostöiden laskennassa. Johtopäätös on, että työssä luodut työkalut tehostavat tarjouslaskentaa. Tarjouslaskenta muuttuu sähköisempään muotoon ja tulevaisuudessa laskenta tehostuu ohjelmistojen ja tiedostojen kehittyessä. On tärkeää pysyä mukana kehityksessä, jotta menestyy kilpailussa. ; The purpose of the final year project was to improve the transfer of HVAC bills of quantities from Bluebeam Revu software to Broker Estimator software by creating calculation tools that the Broker software would identify. This was done to enable more efficient bidding calculation by intensifying the HVAC material calculation, which is the most laborious part in the bidding calculation. The project created tools for HVAC material measuring for Bluebeam Revu. This enabled the transfer of the HVAC bills of quantities from Bluebeam Revu to Broker Estimator. The results of the project were ready-made measuring tools which can be used to measure the most common materials used in piping.
