      Achieving qualitative transformations in the teaching-learning process as a consequence of a wide and widespread use of ICThas been one of the premises in the current curricular transformation carried out in Higher Education, these changes must beexpressed fundamentally in the renewal of conceptions and pedagogical practices that imply reformulating the role of the teacherand developing teaching-learning models different from the traditional ones. It is precisely in this educational environmentwhere the concepts of TAC and TEP appear with the aim of reorienting the use of ICT towards a formative and collaborativedevelopment, both for the student and the teacher. The present work aims to propose the educational application on operationalamplifiers (OpEdu) in its version 0.5 as an organizational form of integration of ICT - TAC - TEP in the teaching - learningprocess of the electrical engineering career of the Technological University of Havana José Antonio Echeverría, from the currentcurricular transformations. The application is based on the free software Scilab and allows the analysis, experimentation,demonstration and design of the functions of operational amplifiers. Among the results obtained are the development of thedesign of seven modules, it also allows students to be able to independently carry out their own experiments and designs ina safe environment.
