نبذة مختصرة : In Romanian linguistic research tourism terminology is a field that is still little inves-tigated, although it is a topic of wide interest both theoretically and practically. Over the years this field has evolved and, as a result, we have a much enriched and diversified tour-ism terminology that is not reflected adequately in current dictionaries. This article aims to identify within the terminology of tourism specific socio-stylistic forms that are the basis of professional language.
