Postaje sve više ugroženo zbog trenda porasta temperature i saliniteta, smanjenja pH vrijednosti i veće učestalosti ekstremnih vremenskih prilika. ; Climate change nowadays causes severe damage to all ecosystems on Earth, especially marine ecosystems. The Adriatic Sea is an important and rich valorized source and its protection is necessary. Although relatively small in its area, it stands out for its rich biodiversity. It is becoming increasingly threatened due to the rising temperatures and salinity, decreasing pH levels and the growing frequency of extreme weather events. This enables the spread of alien, primarily thermophilic species to enter the Adriatic, many of which become invasive, displacing native species. These species pose an increasing risk under current climate conditions and predicted climate scenarios. The rise in the number of invasive species has negative consequences for this ecosystem, not only ecological and biological, but also economical. Methods to prevent the spread of invasive species include timely response and action to prevent them from becoming established in the ...
