نبذة مختصرة : In the system of values of any civilized nation, a special place is occupied by the health of newborns, which creates conditions for optimal physical and mental development of the future generation, formation of labor, intellectual and defense potential. Among the relative eff ects of factors infl uencing the quantity and quality of health of newborns, the factors of military aggression are of great importance.The purpose of the study is to analyze and assess the consequences of a full-scale war with the Russian Federation for the medicalprovision and health of newborns. Research materials and methods. The research materials were data from scientifi c literature and medical statistics on the activities of health care institutions and institutions subordinated to the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, which provide medical care for newbornsat all stages of their development. The methods of system approach, bibliosemantic, comparative analysis and statistical data processingwere applied.The results of the study: A comprehensive study of the impact of the factors of the full-scale war of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, conducted at the population level, proved their negative impact on the frequency of low birth weight newborns from 5,99 % in 2021 to 6,09 % in 2023, OR with 95 % CI 1,04 (1,01-1,07), p
У системі цінностей будь-якої цивілізованої нації особливе місце посідає здоров’я новонароджених, яке створює умови для оптимального фізичного і розумового розвитку майбутнього покоління, формування трудового, інтелектуального та оборонного потенціалу. Серед співвідносної дії факторів, які впливають як на кількість, так і на якість здоров’я новонароджених, вагоме значення мають чинники військової агресії.Мета дослідження – здійснення аналізу і оцінки наслідків повномасштабної війни з російською федерацією для медичного забезпечення та здоров’я новонароджених.Матеріали і методи дослідження. Матеріалами дослідження стали дані наукової літератури, медичної статистики щодо діяльності підпорядкованих МОЗ України закладів і установ охорони здоров’я, що надають медичну допомогу новонародженим на всіх етапах їх розвитку.
