      The article reports on a protracted strike faced by United Aircraft of Canada, Ltd. (UACL) which prompted the company to transfer its aircraft engine production equipment from Quebec to East Hartford, Connecticut. The transfer of the equipment has raised concerns from Canadians that they will never be returned to Quebec. The equipment were financed with 72-million in Canadian government funds. A justification for the move was issued by UACL president Thor E. Stephenson.
