四脊滑螯虾营养需求和配合饲料的研究进展.

Research Progress in Nutritional Requirements and Compound Feed of Cherax quadricarinatus.

Red claw crayfish (Cherax quadricarinatus) is one of the world's most valuable freshwater economic shrimp species. It has the advantages of miscellaneous food, fast growth, tender meat, delicious taste, high meat yield, strong adaptability and strong disease resistance. Up to now, there have been lots of studies on the nutritional requirements and feed of this shrimp, yet studies on its precise nutritional requirements at different growth stages and the relationship between nutrients and functional feed additives are still not thorough enough. This paper reviewed the dietary protein (24%-37%), lipid (4.00%-9.67%), carbohydrates (26.83%-29.01%), essential amino acids, essential fatty acids, vitamins, mineral elements and other nutrients requirements, dietary protein source and fat source replacement, as well as the research progress of functional feed additives and the subsequent key research direction, aiming to provide a reference for the development of efficient formulated feed for red claw crayfish, thereby promoting the healthy development of its aquaculture industry.. 四脊滑螯虾 (Cherax quadricarinatus) 是世界上价值最高的淡水经济虾类之一, 其具有食 性杂、生长快、肉质细嫩、味道鲜美、出肉率高、适应性强和抗病力强等优点。目前, 国内外有关四脊 滑螯虾营养需求与饲料研究已有较多报道, 但实际上有关其在不同生长阶段的精准营养需求以及各 营养素与功能性饲料添加剂的相互关系研究仍不够深入。文章主要综述了四脊滑螯虾对饲料的蛋白 质 (24 %~ 37 %) 、脂肪 (4. 00 %~ 9. 67 %) 、碳水化合物 (26. 83 %~ 29. 01 %) 、必需氨基酸、必需脂肪酸、维生素 和矿物元素等营养素的需求、饲料蛋白源和脂肪源替代以及功能性饲料添加剂等的研究进展以及后续 的研究方向与重点, 旨在为四脊滑螯虾高效配合饲料的开发提供参考, 从而推动其养殖业的健康发展。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
