      From the perspective of John Dewey's "social environment," an effective way to prevent the crime of human trafficking for sexual exploitation and the resulting human rights violations is to positively influence society by modifying the environment perceived by people in order to, consequently, fulfill the Mexican State's human rights obligation to prevent human rights violations.       Desde la perspectiva de "el medio ambiente social" de John Dewey, una manera efectiva de prevenir el delito de trata de personas con fines de explotación sexual y las vulneraciones a derechos humanos que de él derivan es la de influir positivamente en la sociedad, modificando el medio ambiente perceptible por las personas para, de manera consecuencial, cumplir con la obligación en materia de derechos humanos del Estado Mexicano, de prevenir las vulneraciones a estos.
