Planning to implement e-governance as a mechanism to improve the quality of health care services in government hospitals.

هدفت الدراسة الراهنة إلي اختبار فاعلية برنامج قائم علي الالتزام والتقبل في خدمة الفرد للتخفيف من السلوك التجنبي لطلاب المرحلة الثانوية واعتمدت الدراسة علي المنهج التجريبي وتكونت عينة الدراسة من عينة قوامها (26) طالب وطالبة بالمرحلة الثانوية في المدي العمري 17-20 سنة وتم توزيعهم علي مجموعتين مجموعة ضابطة قوامها (13) طالب وطالبة ومجموعة تجريبية قوامها (13) طالب وطالبة واستخدمت مقياس السلوك التجنبي (اعداد الباحث ) وتم تطبيق برنامج التدخل المهني علي المجموعة التجريبية وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا عند مستوى دلالة (0,01) بين متوسطي رتب درجات المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة في القياس البعدي على الدرجة الكلية لمقياس السلوك التجنبي لطلاب المرحلة الثانوية لصالح المجموعة التجريبية وكذلك وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا عند مستوى الدلالة (0,01) بين متوسطي رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية في القياس البعدي مقارنة بالقياس القبلي على الدرجة الكلية لمقياس السلوك التجنبي لدى طلاب المرحلة الثانوية لصالح القياس البعدي مما يدل على فاعلية العلاج بالتقبل والالتزام في خدمة الفرد للتخفيف من السلوك التجنبي لطلاب المرحلة الثانوية ولا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيًا بين متوسطي رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية في القياس التتبعي مقارنة بالقياس البعدي على الدرجة الكلية لمقياس السلوك التجنبي لدى طلاب المرحلة الثانوية مما يشير إلى استمرار فعالية العلاج بالتقبل والالتزام في خدمة الفرد في التخفيف من السلوك التجنبي لطلاب المرحلة الثانوية وقد نوقشت النتائج في ضوء الاطر النظرية والنتائج العملية المطروحة في مجال الدراسة . The study aimed to determine the level of application of egovernance and to identify indicators for improving the quality of health care services in government hospitals, as well as to identify the determinants, controls and needs for the application of e-governance in government hospitals. The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach, and the questionnaire was used as a study tool to collect data and was applied to a sample of (342) individuals. The study reached a set of results, the most prominent of which are: The level of application of e-governance in government hospitals requires development in the infrastructure as well as policies and procedures to provide more effective, less expensive and faster services. It was found that there were statistically significant differences between the average scores of the respondents on the dimensions of the questionnaire planning to apply e-governance as a mechanism to improve the quality of social care services in government hospitals, attributed to the variable of job and years of experience. The study developed an executive plan to implement e-governance in full and in gradual stages. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
