Developing Educational Administration (Happy Class) and its Role in Achieving Competitive Advantage in Early Childhood in the Republic of Yemen.

هدفت الدراسةإلى التعرف على دور إلادارة التعليميةفي إطار فكرة "الفصل السعيد" في تحقيق امليزة التنافسية في مرحلة الطفولة املبكرة في اليمن, وذلك انطالقا من ربط العالقة بين سلوكيات ألاطفال في مرحلة الطفولة املبكرة ورديفها في الوظائف إلادارية )التخطيط, التنفيذ, املتابعة, التقييم, صناعةالقرار( في املستقبل.ولتحقيق ذلك استخدم الباحثان أسلوب دلفي للمنهج املسحي على عينة من الخبراء املتخصصين, وأيضا املنهج الوثائقي ملعرفة الواقع املحلي والعربي والدولي في مجال الاهتمام بمرحلة الطفولة املبكرة, حيث استخدمت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع بيانات الدراسة, و يشمل مجتمع الدراسة الخبراء في كل من املجاالت التربوية وإلادارية في املجتمع اليمني وألاردني, البالغ عددهم 22 خبيرا. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج, أبرزها: وجود ربط بين سلوكيات ألاطفال في مرحلة الطفولة املبكرة ورديفها الوظيفي في املستقبل. و التربية بالسعادة أنسب طريقة لتطوير شخصية الطفل. يعتمد تحديد امليول لالتجاهات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والسياسية من خالل نوعيةتنم يةاملهارات والقدراتفيمرحلةالطفولةاملبكرة. The study aimed to identify the role of educational administration within the idea of " happy class" in achieving a competitive advantage in early childhood in Yemen, based on linking the relationship between children’s behavior in early childhood and its response to the administration functions (planning, implementation, follow-up, evaluation, decision-making) in the future. To achieve this, the Delphi survey method and the documentary method were used to explore the local, Arab and international situation and concern about early childhood. A questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection from the study sample which consisted of 22 experts in education and administration in Yemen and Jordan. The study revealed a number of results, including the presence of a link between behaviors of children in early childhood and administration functions in the future; the focus of happiness in education is the most appropriate way to develop the child's personality; and determining social, economic and political trends is based on the quality of developing skills and abilities in early childhood.
