Challenges of Bangladeshi Women Working in the National Security Institutions.

This study attempts to find out the challenges faced by the Bangladeshi women serving in the national security institutions from three broad spheres. Furthermore, it explains the challenges based on the liberal feminist theory, which talks about gender equality in the workplace and society.
