β-环糊精对造纸法再造烟叶保香的影响.

Effects of β-cyclodextrin on Aroma Retention of Paper-making Reconstituted Tobacco.

[ Objective ] The study aimed to research on the effect of β-cyclodextrin on aroma retention of paper-making reconstituted tobacco, this experiment was carried out. [ Methods ] The reconstituted tobacco was prepared according to the conventional paper-making process, and β-cyclodextrin was added into the tobacco raw material during the extraction process. The aroma components of the extraction concentrate were extracted by two-step simultaneous distillation extraction, and the free and combined aroma components were quantitatively detected by GC-MS internal standard. The difference of free and combined aroma before and after adding β-cyclodextrin was compared and analyzed. [ Results ] After adding β-cyclodextrin, the total amount of free aroma components decreased, while the combined aroma components in creased. After 8 hours of extraction, the total amount of aroma components extracted from the concentrate decreased by 12. 75% . It should be that after 8 hours of simultaneous distillation and extraction, some of the volatile aroma components were in the complex state with β-cyclodextrin, but not released by extraction. [ Conclusion ] β-cyclodextrin can slow release and keep the aroma of the extract and concentrate of paper-making reconstituted tobacco. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

(目的】考察β-环糊精对造纸法再造烟叶保香的影响。【方法】按照常规造纸法工艺流程制备造纸法再造烟叶,并在提取浓缩过程中加入β-环糊精,采用两步同时蒸馏萃取法对提取浓缩液的香气成分进行萃取,GC-MS内标定量检测游离态和结合态香气成分。比较并分析添加β-环糊精前后的游离态和结合态香气量的差异。【结果】添加β-环糊精后,游离态致香成分总量下降,结合态致香成分上升。经8 h萃取后,提取浓缩液萃取出的致香成分总量下降,下降比例为12.75%。这是同时蒸馏萃取8 h后,部分挥发性香气成分与β-环糊精处于络合状态,而未被萃取释放出来。【结论】添加β-环糊精使造纸法再造烟叶的提取浓缩液的致香成分得以缓释保香。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
