رؤية اقتصادية لمكونات الدخل الزراعى المصرى

Economic Vision of the Components of Agricultural Income in Egypt.

تزداد الاهمية الاقتصادية للانتاج الزراعى بزيادة الطلب على المنتجات الزراعية لكى تفى بالمتطلبات الغذائية للسكان وتوفير المواد الخام اللازمة لكثير من الصناعات وهى فى نفس الوقت توفر فرص عمل للقوى البشرية . لذلك يستهدف الدراسة التعرف على الاهمية النسبية لمكونات الدخل الزراعى والتحليل الاقتصادى لهذه المكونات بالاضافة الى التحليل الاقتصادى لمساهمة كل من الانتاج النباتى والانتاج الحيوانى والسمكى فى مكونات الدخل الزراعى المصرى ومن خلال النتائج توصى الدراسه بمايلى: ١- ان الدخل الصناعى يساهم بنسبه اكبر من الدخل الزراعى فى الدخل القومى مما يتطلب اتخاذ سياسات تؤدى الى زيادة مساهمة الدخل الزراعى فى الاقتصاد القومى. ٢- دراسة اهم العوامل التى تؤدى الى الإنخفاض في الأهمية النسبية للدخل الزراعي إلي الدخل القومي عن نظيره الصناعي، وإتخاذ الإجراءات والتدابير التي تساهم في رفع أهميتها بما يتمشي مع مكانة القطاع الزراعي. ٣- العمل علي تحسين الدخل الزراعي القومي المصري بزيادة إجم الي قيمة الإنتاج الزراعي من خلال الاهتمام بالأنشطة النباتية والحيوانية والسمكية من ناحية ، وكذلك الحد من إجمالي قيمة متطلبات الإنتاج الزراعي من خلال خفض قيمة متطلبات الأنشطة الحيوانية ثم النباتية والسمكية من ناحية أخري. The economic importance of agricultural production is increasing by increasing the demand for agricultural products in order to meet the nutritional requirements of the population and provide raw materials for many industries while at the same time providing employment opportunities for manpower. Therefore, the study aims to identify the relative importance of agricultural income components and the economic analysis of these components in addition to the economic analysis of the contribution of both plant production and animal and fish production in the components of agricultural income in Egypt. The results of the study showed that: 1- The industrial income contributes more than the agricultural income in the national income, which requires taking policies that lead to increase the contribution of agricultural income in the national economy. 2- Study the most important factors that lead to the decline in the relative importance of agricultural income to national income from its industrial counterpart, and take measures and measures that contribute to raise their importance in line with the status of the agricultural sector. 3- To improve the Egyptian national agricultural income by increasing the total value of agricultural production by paying attention to plant, animal and fish activities on the one hand, and reducing the total value of agricultural production requirements by reducing the value of animal, plant and fishery activities on the other hand.
