Worker's health in times of social insecurity ; Salud del trabajador en tiempos de inseguridad social ; Saúde do trabalhador em tempos de insegurança social

This bibliographical research, with historical-critical theoretical reference, aims to reflect on the main challenges posed to the field of workers' health in contemporary times, as well as the possibilities of confronting the way of producing illness of capitalism. We can verify that workers' health is not limited to the physical environment of the company but permeates issues of social security and social determinants in health and that work is a central category in social relations. Thus, it is not possible to understand the health-disease process in workers' health without linking it to the process of exploitation of labor in the capitalist mode of production, that is, the debate of worker health is inseparable from capitalism. From this perspective, we conclude that only the collective organization of workers, in the struggle for an emancipated society, will be able to curb the craving for capital and, thus, build the health of the worker in fact, with social security being a key point that must be non-negotiable by the working class. ; Esta investigación bibliográfica, con referencia teórica histórico-crítica, tiene como objetivo reflexionar sobre los principales desafíos planteados al campo de la salud de los trabajadores en los tiempos contemporáneos, así como las posibilidades de enfrentar la forma de producir enfermedades del capitalismo. Podemos verificar que la salud de los trabajadores no se limita al entorno físico de la empresa, sino que impregna los problemas de seguridad social y los determinantes sociales en la salud y que el trabajo es una categoría central en las relaciones sociales. Por lo tanto, no es posible comprender el proceso salud-enfermedad en la salud de los trabajadores sin vincularlo con el proceso de explotación del trabajo en el modo de producción capitalista, es decir, el debate sobre la salud de los trabajadores es inseparable del capitalismo.
