      Object of the research: 10 - 18 years children with thoracic scoliosis according to Schroth method scoliosis exercises effect. Problem of the research: Adolescent idiopathic scoliosis is the most common back deformity which takes place during puberty. Although current treatments have been well studied, there are still a lot of discussion on the most effective method of conservative treatment. Aim of the research: to determine according Schroth method exercises effect from 10 to 18 years for children scoliosis. Objectives of the research: 1. To analyze the main features of idiopathic scoliosis and their correction with Schroth method. 2. To do the posture and physical fitness assessments before and after the research for the children with idiopathic scoliosis. 3. To analyze Schroth method efficiency of children for scoliosis index changes. Hypothesis of the research: According to Schroth method exercises are more effective adjusting scoliosis of children than just traditional physical exercises. Conclusions: 1. The Schroth method is effective in 10-18 year-old children with scoliosis, posture correction and improving the spine flexibility. 2. The respondents had an irregular posture, lack of spinal flexibility and the level of dominance or satisfactory weak abdominal and back muscle endurance. 3. After the research all the indicators of the research improved. 4. Statistically posture improved significant, spinal mobility, isometric abdominal muscle endurance and dynamic abdominal muscle endurance, and isometric endurance of the trunk extensor muscles and side torso muscles isometric endurance improvement is statistically insignificant.
