THE DEFENSE OF THE ABORTION LEGALIZATION AND THE POLITICAL ETHICAL PROJECT OF THE SOCIAL SERVICE: NOTES FOR THE DEBATES: APONTAMENTOS PARA O DEBATE ; A DEFESA DA LEGALIZAÇÃO DO ABORTO E O PROJETO ÉTICO POLÍTICO DO SERVIÇO SOCIAL: APONTAMENTOS PARA O DEBATE

This article, the result of a work of conclusion of course and of reflections of the author and the author, aims to reflect on the relationship between the defense of thelegalization of abortion and the construction of the current Ethical-Political Project of the profession, in dialogue with the principles of the Code of Ethics of social workers. To do this, we map and then analyze the Final Reports of National Meetings Federal Council of Social Service / Regional Councils of Social Service from 2008 to 2015 focusing on the debate on abortion in order to understand the debates and controversies that underpin the position And defense for its legalization by the entity of the professional category. It is hoped to contribute with discussion about abortion in the Social Service and in the advancement of the critical perspective in the professional work of the social worker and in the permanent construction of the current political ethical project of Social Service, guided by values such as freedom, equity, social justice, Democracy and contrary to all forms of prejudice. ; O presente artigo, fruto de um trabalho de conclusão de curso e de reflexões da autora e do autor, objetiva tecer reflexões acerca da relação entre a defesa da legalização do aborto e a construção do atual Projeto Ético-Político da profissão, dialogando com os princípios do Código de Ética de assistentes sociais. Para isso, mapeamos e posteriormente analisamos os Relatórios Finais dos Encontros Nacionais do Conselho Federal de Serviço Social/Conselhos Regionais de Serviço Social do ano de 2008 até 2015, com foco na questão sobre o aborto e a fim de entender os debates e as polêmicas que sustentam a posição e defesa por sua legalização pela entidade da categoria profissional.
