TEACHING PRACTICES: PLAYING AS A MOTIVATING LEARNING STRATEGY IN THE EARLY YEARS OF ELEMENTARY SCHOOL ; PRÁCTICAS DE ENSEÑANZA: EL JUEGO COMO ESTRATEGIA DE APRENDIZAJE MOTIVADOR EM LOS PRIMEROS AÑOS DE LA ESCUELA PRIMARIA ; PRÁTICAS DOCENTES: O LÚDICO COMO ESTRATÉGIA MOTIVADORA DE APRENDIZAGEM NOS ANOS INICIAIS DO ENSINO FUNDAMENTAL

The article presented here converges its look at the analysis of teaching practices in order to bring about reflections on the importance of play as a contributor to the learning process, especially at the Lourdes Maria de Lima Municipal School in the city of Jauru, in the early years of the Elementary School. The article aims to identify the teachers’s level of knowledge in relation to the ludic, and its contributions to the development of pedagogical practices. The methodology used was based on a case study with a qualitative approach, and the main instrument used for data collection was an electronic questionnaire made available through Google Forms. Theoretically, the article had as input: Freire (1996), Kishimoto (2006), Tardif (2003) and Vygotsky (2001) among others. The results indicate that the teachers participating in this research understand play as a contributing strategy in the teaching and learning process, as well as perceiving the implementation and maintenance of this strategy. ; El artículo aquí presentado se centra en el análisis de las prácticas docentes con el fin de provocar reflexiones sobre la importancia del juego como coadyuvante del proceso de aprendizaje, especialmente en la Escuela Municipal Lourdes María de Lima de la ciudad de Jauru. El artículo tiene como objetivo identificar el nivel de conocimiento de los profesores en relación a la lúdica, y sus contribuciones al desarrollo de las prácticas pedagógicas. La metodología utilizada se basó en un estudio de caso con enfoque cualitativo, y el principal instrumento utilizado para la recolección de datos fue un cuestionario electrónico disponible a través de Google Forms. Teóricamente se utilizó como insumo el artículo: Freire (1996), Kishimoto (2006), Tardif (2003) y Vygotsky (2001) entre otros.
