نبذة مختصرة : Pregnancy in itself is a process of construction and adaptation, but in the case of teenagers, this challenge is even greater. Allied to all this problem, in Wuhan, in 2019, Covid-19, a viral infection transmitted by SARS-COV-2, emerged. The infection was declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization in 2020, since then, health systems are being challenged and undergoing numerous changes, with this, the rights to childbirth and standards of care have been changing and in many cases, having losses significant. This research aims to analyze how prenatal care was given to pregnant teenagers during the Covid-19 pandemic period. This is an exploratory descriptive research of a quantitative nature, retrospective with 263 medical records of pregnant adolescents admitted to a public maternity hospital in Teresina/PI, later the data were analyzed and simple descriptive statistics and percentage frequencies were performed. The results of this study showed that pregnant adolescents were between 10 and 19 years old, 165 (62.7%) adolescents had 6 or more consultations, 195 (74.1%) had routine exams in the 1st trimester, 113 (42, 9%) of pregnant teenagers had some gestational complication, 121 (46%) had high-risk prenatal care, 219 pregnant women did not have follow-up with an obstetrician, 209 had their vaccine schedule updated. Interventionist strategies must be developed in a more forceful way, in order to minimize the devastating effects on the lives of adolescents, as there are many consequences experienced during and after the gestational period. ; El embarazo en sí mismo es un proceso de construcción y adaptación, pero en el caso de las adolescentes, este desafío es aún mayor.
