Adesão ao tratamento antirretroviral de adultos que vivem com HIV: tradução do conhecimento e validação de conteudo para criação de website ; Antiretroviral treatment adherence in adults who live with HIV: knowledge translation and content validation to create a website

Aim: to create and validate the content to develop a new care-educational technology with nonpharmacological approach, website type, to promote antiretroviral treatment adherence in adults that live with HIV. Methods: methodological study developed in two steps that correspond to the content creation and validation of a technology developed from the theoretical and conception model of Knowledge Translation to Action. Knowledge tailoring, synthesis and tool definition were developed through knowledge creation step. To content validation, participants, theme specialists, were selected through Fehring criteria. Sample had 20 specialists that answered to a form disposed in four concepts and eleven Life Situations directed to adults who live with HIV. Questionnaire was answered through Google Forms, evaluating relevance, clarity and pertinence, from August to October 2022. To measure concordance among specialists' answers, Content Validity Index (CVI) was calculated. Ethical aspects were respected according to Resolutions 466/12 and 510/16. Results: Knowledge tool has as a central theme ARV treatment promotion with three content structural axes: selfefficacy to structure Life Situations; social support to assist in the resolution of presented situations and quality of life as an important outcome that promotes adherence. Each axle has its concept presented, as well as an outcome central theme: adherence. From the Situations of Life and validated concepts, illustrations were built in a participatory way to compose the imagery content. CVI of textual content presented value of >0,80 in all analyzed aspects (relevance, clarity and pertinence), being the content for the website validated to compose the care-educational technology that for the next stage of evaluation with end users. Conclusion: from validated textual content and images insertion in a mobile information system of website type, there will be a care-educational technology to promote antiretroviral treatment adherence in adults who live with HIV. ...
