ECA e educação: formação de agentes sociais e professores em políticas de atendimento à criança e ao adolescente

Pró-Reitoria de Extensão Universitária (PROEX UNESP) ; In this paper we present the reflections developed from the data collected in the development of the extension project on interface with research "ECA and Education: Formation of social workers and teachers in children and adolescents care policies". The project is in its 5th edition in 2015 and seeks to develop a more committed formation with the autonomy of individuals in their development process and to mobilize reflection and participation as ways for a more consistent formation, strengthening the social workers and teachers to the full protection of children and adolescents, supported with the law that specifically addresses the rights of children and adolescents: the Statute of Children and Adolescents (ECA). Whereas there is a great difficulty in understanding the ECA, there is a need to work more adequate formation of these responsible agents for carrying out the attendance policies to this population. In this sense, the proposal has been to prepare social workers and teachers of the city of Rio Claro and region, so that work with children and adolescents is increasingly effective in relation to the applicability of the ECA and to the strengthening of attendance networks. It also aims to intensify the communication among social workers and teachers, which shows through dialogue and exchange of experiences during the meeting in groups. ; Neste trabalho apresentaremos as reflexões desenvolvidas a partir dos dados coletados no desenvolvimento do projeto de Extensão em interface com a pesquisa “ECA e Educação: Formação de agentes sociais e professores em políticas de atendimento à criança e ao adolescente”.
