      The purpose of this research focuses on the study of how games and activities can influence on student learning. It is known that it is through play that children socialize in the school environment and thus learn to live with each other and their surroundings. Play is an intrinsic action child life, so it can be an efficient tool for use in the child's educational process. The act of playing lights the imagination and creativity of children, providing opportunities for a more meaningful learning the child, challenging teachers and students seek solutions to imagined and experienced situations, stimulating thus the student's creativity, social skills, motor and emotional. Here we understand the playfulness as something essential to the human being, being a facilitator of the processes of socialization, communication, expression and construction of knowledge at school. Thus, we point out that through the playful children can socialize in the school environment and thus learn to live with each other and their surroundings. Thus, the intention to answer some questions and inquiries, we interviewed some teachers of early childhood education, in order to understand how they work the playful in the classroom. The study was conducted in five municipal schools of the city of Limon. You can tell that the playful can be a teaching tool, because by playfulness students can learn more pleasurable, more concrete and meaningful way. Thus, it is suggested that in pedagogical practice recreational activities are used to awaken the pleasure in teaching - learning process. ; A proposta desta pesquisa concentra-se no estudo de como os jogos e brincadeiras podem influenciar na aprendizagem dos alunos. Sabe-se que é através do lúdico que a criança socializa no ambiente escolar e assim, aprende a conviver com o outro e seu entorno. A brincadeira é uma ação intrínseca a vida infantil, por isso pode ser um instrumento eficiente para ser utilizado no processo educacional de criança.
