In Chapter 1, we will approach the theory of David Ausubel, which will serve as an anchor for the constitution of rational numbers aiming at a better approach and, consequently, a better result in the teaching/learning of this mathematical object in basic school. In order to do so, we will approach the concept of TSL and then its main characteristics, which will serve as support in the implementation of (Re)construction of rational numbers. In Chapters 2 and 3, we will present the Sets of Whole Numbers and that of Rational Numbers with allinatlicinatical masoning at:witting to Ulu light of algubiait; sum:tams. Thus?? cliapivis will guide the teachers of basic education as well as the undergraduate students, as they may notice in this work that our proposal does not disregard the mathematical rigor of the sets. Finally, in Chapter 4, we will construct the rational numbers as well as their operations and properties by applying the TAL and thus simplifying the teaching of this mathematical object, what we are calling the (Re)construction of rational numbers. O tema da disserta????o ?? uma proposta metodol??gica para o ensino da constru????o dos n??meros racionais, no que diz respeito ??s opera????es e suas principais propriedades, baseado na Teoria de Aprendizagem Significativa (TAS) de David Ausubel, que muito contribuiu para o desenvolvimento deste modelo te??rico. No Cap??tulo 1, abordaremos a teoria de David Ausubel, que servir?? de ??ncora para a constitui????o dos n??meros racionais visando uma melhor abordagem e, consequentemente, um melhor resultado no ensino/aprendizagem deste objeto matem??tico na escola b??sica. Para tanto, vamos abordar o conceito de TAS e em seguida as suas principais caracter??sticas, que servir??o como suporte na implementa????o da (Re) constru????o dos n??meros racionais. Nos Cap??tulos 2 e 3, apresentaremos os Conjuntos dos N??meros Inteiros e o dos N??meros Racionais com toda fundamenta????o matem??tica segundo ?? luz das estruturas alg??bricas. Esses cap??tulos nortear??o os professores da educa????o b??sica e tamb??m os alunos de gradua????o, pois poder??o perceber neste trabalho que nossa proposta n??o desconsidera o rigor matem??tico dos conjuntos. Enfim, no cap??tulo 4 teremos a constru????o dos n??meros racionais bem como suas opera????es e propriedades aplicando a TAS e, dessa forma, simplificando o ensino deste objeto matem??tico, o que estamos denominando de (Re) constru????o dos n??meros racionais.
