Clinical treatment of a depressive adolescent

Zusammenfassung Exemplarisch wird die klinische Behandlung eines Jugendlichen mit einer depressiven Episode dargestellt. Es werden inhaltliche und strukturelle Momente dieser Behandlung dargelegt. Der Behandlungsprozess wird uber die leitlinienorientierten Standards hinaus als multimodales, multiprofessionelles Geschehen unter systemischen Blickwinkel betrachtet. Kasuistisch wird die Individualitat eines Therapieprozesses vermittelt, die vom Behandlerteam hohe Professionalitat und Kreativitat erfordert. Structural aspects of the treatment were given. Treatment process is viewed as a multimodal, multiprofessional approach based on a systemic perspective.
