INOVAÇÃO MATEMÁTICA: PRÁTICA DE ENSINO DE RESOLUÇÃO DE EQUAÇÃO DE 2º GRAU NO ENSINO MÉDIO. (Portuguese)

MATHEMATICAL INNOVATION: TEACHING PRACTICE IN SOLVING 2ND GRADE EQUATIONS IN HIGH SCHOOL. (English)

The practice of finding the roots of a 2nd degree equation in current high school has been presented as a tool that makes learning and practice difficult for students and teachers. In this context, the present work aims to present innovative teaching, a tool used to find the roots of a quadratic equation without the use of formulas, with the aim of improving the level of difficulty in learning this content for high school students. To achieve the objectives proposed in this work, a bibliographical survey of the subject was carried out in the Scielo and Google Scholar databases, comprising a literary window from 400 BC to 2023. In addition, a qualitative-quantitative methodology was used, with random variables discreetly, it was applied to 118 students from ECI Dorgival Silveira in the city of São Francisco PB with an experiment via problems in determining the solution and its data were analyzed based on descriptive statistics. Within this study, it was possible to observe that this teaching is practical in solving the difficulties and challenges experienced by basic education students and teachers. For this, we can have other researchers who can continue this study as relevant as the ways of finding the right solution for students in contemporary times. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

A prática de se encontrar as raízes de uma equação do 2º grau no atual ensino médio tem- -se apresentado como uma ferramenta única que dificulta aprendizagem e a prática por parte dos estudantes e professores. Nesse contexto, o presente trabalho objetiva apresentar, o ensino inovador, utilizada para encontrar as raízes de uma equação quadrática sem o uso de fórmulas, com intuito de melhorar o nível de dificuldade de aprendizagem desse conteúdo por parte de estudantes do ensino médio. Para atingir os objetivos propostos neste trabalho, foi realizado um levantamento bibliográfico do assunto nas bases de dados do Scielo e Google Acadêmico, compreendendo uma janela literária de 400 a.C. a 2023. Além disso, utilizou-se uma metodologia quali-quantitativa, com variáveis aleatórias discreta, aplicou-se aos 118 estudantes da ECI Dorgival Silveira na cidade de São Francisco PB com experimento via problemas em determinar a solução e seus dados foram analisados e apresentados com auxílio da estatística descritiva. Dentro do mesmo, foi possível observar que este ensino é prático em sanar as dificuldades e desafios vivenciadas pelos estudantes e professores da educação básica. Para isso, podemos ter outros pesquisadores que possa da continuidade neste estudo tão relevante quanto as maneiras de se encontrar o conjunto solução para estudantes na contemporaneidade.
