A utilização de recursos tecnológicos na aprendizagem de estudantes surdos: percepção de alunos surdos e seus professores

O objetivo desta investigação foi conhecer como ocorre a utilização de recursos tecnológicos no processo ensino/aprendizagem de estudantes surdos do ensino médio de uma escola pública da Rede Estadual de Ensino do Amazonas, para provocar a reflexão, contribuir para a identificação de probblemas e sugestões de estratégias. O estudo foi desenvolvido no viés da pesquisa qualitativa. Para a recolha de dados, foram aplicados dois questionários (um para professores e o outro para alunos) e a observação dos contextos educativos. Os resultados da pesquisa revelaram que os professores utilizam recursos tecnológicos em suas práticas, no entanto, identificou-se pouco uso de ferramentas tecnológicas digitais, as quais são muito apreciadas pelos alunos surdos, como também possibilitam uma variedade de metodologias didático-pedagógicas que visam fortalecer o processo ensino-aprendizagem desses estudantes. Um outro aspecto destacado na pesquisa refere-se à utilização do laboratório de informática da instituição de ensino, o qual foi visto como lugar que propicia/proporciona o desenvolvimento de ações e atividades pedagógicas com intuito de conhecer conceitos, efetivar habilidades, oferecer subsídios de ordem técnica e intelectual, ampliando o conhecimento em Libras, o que culmina no fortalecimento de saberes e na comunicação. A pesquisa realizada permitiu considerar que a proposta de ensino dos docentes deveria dar mais atenção aos conteúdos dos diversos componentes curriculares e aos processos formativos dos estudantes em suas múltiplas áreas do saber e não somente à aprendizagem da Libras.
The objective of this research was to know how the use of technological resources in the teaching / learning process of deaf high school students of a public school of the State Education Network of Amazonas occurs, identifying the possibilities of the educational strengthening of these students. The study was developed in the bias of the qualitative research, with execution of the production of empirical data that allowed the elaboration of inferences about the information collected from the empirical field and from the theoreticalmethodological framework analyzed. The methodology was based on the application of two questionnaires (one for teachers and the other for students) and the use of an observation script relating the objectives to the starting point of the research aiming at reaching the general objective and the revelations of the research, the thematic outbreaks presented in the research results. The results of the research revealed that teachers use technological resources in their practices, however, there was little use of digital technological tools, which are highly appreciated by deaf students, as well as a variety of didactic-pedagogical methodologies aimed at strengthening the teaching-learning process of these students. Another aspect highlighted in the research refers to the use of the computer laboratory of the educational institution, which was seen as a place that provides / facilitates the development of actions and pedagogical activities in order to know concepts, perform skills, offer order subsidies technical and intellectual, increasing the knowledge in Libras, which culminates in the strengthening of knowledge and communication. This research made it possible to consider that the teaching proposal of teachers should pay more attention to the contents of the various curricular components and to the formative processes of the students in their multiple areas of knowledge and not only to the learning of Libras.
