Relatório de estágio : marketing digital na Federação Teqball Portugal

O presente trabalho foi efetuado decorrente do estágio curricular na área de marketing digital realizado na Federação Teqball Portugal, no âmbito da disciplina relatório de estágio do mestrado em Ciências da Comunicação, Marketing e Publicidade na Universidade Lusófona de Humanidades e Tecnologias e encontra-se dividido em três partes. A primeira é constituída pela auditoria à organização e pela descrição das tarefas realizadas. Na segunda parte, é desenvolvida uma revisão bibliográfica que se inicia com uma breve descrição do marketing, prosseguindo com a evolução do marketing digital, que inclui as sociais medias e o e-mail marketing, e termina com uma breve apresentação do marketing desportivo. Finalmente, é feita uma análise critica entre o trabalho prático e o estudo realizado no decorrer do curso e deste relatório.
The present work was carried out as a result of the curricular internship in the field of digital marketing accomplished at the Federação Teqball Portugal, within the scope of the master’s degree in Communication Sciences, Marketing and Advertising at the University Lusófona of Humanities and Technologies and is divided into three parts. The first part consists of auditing the company and describing the tasks performed. Secondly, the bibliographic review is developed, which begins with a brief description of marketing, moves on to digital marketing, which includes social media and e-mail marketing, and ends with a brief presentation of sports marketing. It ends with a critical analysis between the work in practice and the study carried out during the course and in this report.
