O impacto da legislação no ensino médio : percepções dos professores de uma escola pública brasileira

A presente Dissertação tem como objetivo perceber o que os professores pensam sobre o impacto da Legislação do Ensino Médio, na escola pública em que trabalham. Inicia-se com o estudo, a partir da chegada dos Portugueses e Padres Jesuítas, passando então a analisar cada Século em que a Educação foi se desenvolvendo. Apresenta-se ainda a análise do papel da sociedade em relação à Educação e suas inovações. Tem como destaque a Constituição Federal – 1988; Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente (Lei Nº 8.069/1990); as Leis de Diretrizes e Bases (Nº 4.024/61, Nº 5.692/71 e Nº 9.394/96); leis importantes, que tratam de contributos para a melhoria dentro das nossas escolas e consequentemente a tão esperada aprendizagem que é o resultado de uma Educação de qualidade. A pesquisa empírica foi feita através de entrevistas em que os professores entrevistados apresentam depoimentos do seu dia-a-dia na sala de aula nas diferentes disciplinas que compõem o Ensino Médio Brasileiro. Os resultados da análise das entrevistas apontam que a Escola precisa melhorar seus resultados, que a Legislação não condiz com a prática, principalmente no tocante a infraestrutura da Instituição no incentivo a compra de equipamentos tecnológicos, didáticos e pedagógicos.
This dissertation aims at the perception of those who think about the impact of legislation in High School. It begins with the study, from the arrival of the Portuguese and the Jesuit Fathers, through an analysis each Century in which the Education was developing. It also presents an analysis of the role of society in relation to Education and its innovations. The Federal Constitution - 1988, the Statute of the Child and Adolescent (Law nº 8.069 / 1990), the Laws of Directives and Bases (nº 0424/61, nº5.692 / 71 and nº9394 / 96), important laws , This study was strings for children in the schools and consequently, the learning for a result of an Education of quality. The empirical research was done through the interview with the teachers who interviewed the testimonies of their daily life in the classroom in the different disciplines that compose the Brazilian High School. The results of the interview analysis indicate that there is not a school to improve the results, but rather a teaching practice, especially with regard to an institution to encourage the purchase of technological, didactic and pedagogical equipment.
