Influência dos estilos de vinculação e dos esquemas precoces não-adaptativos nas relações interpessoais; Um estudo com casais

As relações interpessoais são as interacções que ocorrem com os outros, determinando aquilo que somos e como nos comportamos. Estas relações interpessoais são influenciadas pelas características pessoais do sujeito, como os esquemas precoces mal-adaptativos que apresenta e o estilo de vinculação que possui. Assim, este estudo tem como primeiro objectivo compreender de que forma os estilos de vinculação e os esquemas precoces mal-adaptativos influenciam o estilo relacional do indivíduo e as suas relações interpessoais. Além disso, é também nosso objectivo perceber estas influências na dinâmica do casal. A amostra foi constituída por 100 casais heterossexuais com uma média de idades de 39 anos. Os instrumentos utilizados foram: o Questionário de Caracterização da Amostra, o Inventário de Sintomas Psicopatológicos (BSI), a Nova Escala Multidimensional de Depressão (Versão 2) - (NMDAS), o Inventário de Ansiedade Estado e Traço – Forma Y (STAI-Y), o Inventário de Depressão de Beck (BDI),a Escala de Vinculação do Adulto (EVA), o Questionário de Esquemas de Young (YSQ) e o Inventário de Problemas Interpessoais (IIP-64). Nos resultados foram encontradas relações entre os estilos de vinculação, os esquemas mal-adaptativos precoces e os resultados no IIP-64.
Interpersonal relationships are the interactions that occur with each other, determining what we are and the way we behave. These interpersonal relationships are influenced by the personal characteristics of the subject, as well as the maladaptive early schemes that he present and the attachment style that he has. Therefore, this study has as first goal understand how the attachment styles and the maladaptive early schemes can influence the relational style of the individual and his interpersonal relationships. Besides that, it is also our goal realize these influences at the couple dynamics. The sample was made by 100 heterosexual couples with an average age of 39 years old. The tools used were: the Questionnaire Sample Characterization, the Psychopathological Symptoms Inventory (BSI), the New Multidimensional Depression Assessment Scale (NMDAS), the State Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI-Y), the Beck Depression Inventory (BDI), the Adult Attachment Scale-R (AAS-R), the Young Schema Questionnaire and the Interpersonal Problems Inventory (IIP). In the results were found relations between the attachment styles, the maladaptive early schemes and the results at IIP-64.
