Los viejos espacios y las nuevas producciones: la provisión de viviendas para la demanda no solvente en la ciudad de Aracaju

A lo largo de los años, la cuestión de la vivienda estuvo en el centro de las discusiones sociales, económicas, culturales y de planificación, sea a partir de la creación de programas y políticas que intentaron solucionar los problemas de demanda de la creciente población obrera, sea como forma de promover el saneamiento y la higiene de las ciudades. A partir de la extinción del sistema financiero de la vivienda en Brasil y su sustitución por el sistema de financiación inmobiliario (SFI) que pasó a actuar como mecanismo de captación de recursos públicos y privados para el sector habitacional dirigido a las capas de medios y altos ingresos, no atendiendo a las demandas no solventes, los gobiernos locales y los grupos informales promovieron varias formas de provisión de la casa propia que involucraron a otros agentes urbanos en el negocio rentable de la valorización de los territorios en la ciudad.
Along the years, the question of the housing was in the center of the social, economic, cultural discussions and of planning, be starting from the creation of programs and political that tried to solve the problems of the growing labor population's demand, be like form of promoting the sanitation and the hygiene of the cities. Starting from the extinction of the financial system of the housing in Brazil and their substitution for the real estate financing system (IFS) that passed to act as mechanism of reception of public and private resources for the residence sector directed to the layers of means and high revenues, not assisting to the demands doesn't pay, the local governments and the informal groups promoted several forms of provision of the own house that other urban agents involved in the profitable business of the appraisement of the territories in the city.
