Transitional criminal justice for colombia post-conflict and the warranties of inner peace.

This paper presents several theoretical reflections on the situation of the peace process in Colombia related on two issues: the type of criminal justice that is able to promote and, even still, to make possible the pacification, ie, the cessation of the conflict in that country, and best legal guarantees to ensure lasting peace, ie, the maintenance and consolidation of national pacification.
Este trabajo presenta varias reflexiones teóricas sobre la coyuntura del proceso de paz que vive Colombia en relación con dos cuestiones: el tipo de justicia penal que es capaz de favorecer y, aún todavía, de hacer posible la pacificación, es decir el cese del conflicto en ese país, y las garantías jurídicas idóneas para asegurar una paz duradera, es decir, el mantenimiento y la consolidación de la pacificación nacional.
