Diferencias de afinidad tintórea de la lana y su detección. Comprobación de métodos.

A bibliographical compilation on the causes giving to the differential dyeing affinity of wool and on the methods designed to detect such a differnce has been carried out. The influences of the epiticule of the fibre and that of the hydrophilic-hydrophobic balance of dyes are studied together with the influence exerted by some surface agents as well as some variables of the dyeing process. Different methods proposed to determine the difference of affinity of wool have been examined, checking their efficiency and selecting the most adequate. The validity of the method chosen was verified when dyeing was carried out by adequate methods to lessen the effects of the differential affinity of wool.
