      Radiotherapy is a powerful continuously evolvingeffective treatment tool. Our aim is to offer the best treatmentsand assure security for patients and personnel. A proactivequality approach copied from the one implemented in the airtransport industry has been established in our department.An Experience Feed Back Committee (EFBC) has beenset up to identify, record and analyze systematically allreported precursor events. Our final objective is to test andstrengthen the security of the organization and the qualityof care for patients.
