Segunda cita reciente de Holocnemus hispanicus Wiehle, 1933 (Araneae, Pholcidae) para la provincia de Guadalajara (Castilla-La Mancha, España)

The second recent record of the Iberian endemic species Holocnemus hispanicus Whiele, 1933 (Araneae, Pholcidae), is made in Brihuega (Guadalajara, Castilla-La Mancha, Spain), which confirms its current presence throughout the province. Previously, in 2020, three specimens had been cited in Albalate de Zorita, on the border of Guadalajara and Cuenca. Later, in 2022, a historical record from 1907 was published, with no further data for this species in the study area. The specimen studied was found under some rocks, next to a lavender field in the surroundings of Brihuega. The arachnological fauna of Guadalajara is very little studied, so this small contribution suggests the importance of continuing to contribute with faunal data to improve the knowledge of the distribution of species. This fact is more relevant in the case of endemic species.
Se realiza el segundo registro reciente en Brihuega (Guadalajara, Castilla-La Mancha, España) de la especie endémica ibérica Holocnemus hispanicus Whiele, 1933 (Araneae, Pholcidae), que confirma su presencia actual a lo largo de la provincia. Anteriormente, en 2020 se habían citado tres especímenes en Albalate de Zorita, en la frontera de Guadalajara con Cuenca. Posteriormente, en 2022 se publicó un registro histórico de 1907, no existiendo más datos para esta especie en el área de estudio. El ejemplar estudiado fue encontrado bajo unas rocas, junto a un campo de lavanda en los alrededores de Brihuega. La fauna aracnológica de Guadalajara está muy poco estudiada, por lo que este pequeño aporte deja entrever la importancia de seguir contribuyendo con datos faunísticos a la mejora del conocimiento de la distribución de las especies. Este hecho tiene mayor relevancia en el caso de especies endémicas.
